From the Director's Desk

It has been a hectic couple of months as we interviewed candidates for two positions at HCM and I am happy to report that Amanda Irwin and Anna Doren have joined our staff!  Amanda is our Deputy Director, in charge of development and Anna is our Education Director, leading our school and adult programs.  Both women bring a wealth of experience from their previous positions, Amanda at the Albany Symphony, and Anna from the New York State Museum. We are thrilled they have joined our team!  You will be hearing more from them and their projects soon, but in the meantime, you can meet Amanda and Anna at our Rising Leaders Gilded Age Deck party on July 20th! 

While we are in the heat of the summer, plans for the fall and winter are well underway, with many opportunities for volunteer help.  If you have some time and a desire to tackle some interesting projects from the curatorial, library or administrative departments, send me an email at ksheehan@hartcluett.org!
