A Drinking History Event
You’re Invited to a Drinking History Event!
Join us, Wednesday, August 10th from 6-8 PM for the first Drinking History event of 2022!
Our Drinking History series aims to create space outside of the Museum for community members across the county to enjoy and learn more about our collective past. Sponsored by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and hosted by HCM’s Rising Leaders, The Gilded Age in Troy: A Drinking History Event hopes to bring people together, in-person, for an evening of fun, community building, and storytelling.
You won’t want to miss Kathryn Sheehan, Rensselaer County & Troy City Historian, as she presents an illustrated lecture on how Troy’s 19th century architecture became an integral backdrop to Julian Fellows HBO series, The Gilded Age while surrounded by St. Paul’s totally integrated Tiffany interior.
Complimentary wine and beer will be provided and a specialty cocktail created just for this event is available with each ticket purchase.
