December 1st is #GivingTuesday - a worldwide celebration of generosity.

This #GivingTuesday, the Hart Cluett Museum is asking YOU to help our favorite storyteller, City of Troy and Rensselaer County Historian Kathy Sheehan, Zoom into classrooms to engage students with the real-life stories of the people, places, and things that have made our region into what it is today.

Most schools no longer have money for such enrichment, meaning students are missing out on the opportunities that bring history to life. But did you know a one-time gift $150.00 or even a monthly pledge of $12.50 would make it possible for Kathy to educate and entertain an entire classroom of 30 children using the extensive collection of primary source materials and historic artifacts found within the Hart Cluett Museum?
