Architecture All Around- Afternoon Tour

What can we learn about the past by looking at a building? Troy's architecture tells us about the people who have lived here and how the city has changed over time. Complete a scavenger hunt as we learn about how a castle was built and find hidden objects in iron work!

This 30-minute walking tour will begin and end at the Hart Cluett Museum, exploring history along a 1/2 mile, stroller-friendly path in downtown Troy.

 

Before registering, please note the following:

Ticket purchase is required beforehand.

This tour will leave AND end at the Hart Cluett Museum, 57 Second Street Troy, NY.

Tickets are $10/family
Admission to the museum is included in the cost of the walking tours.

Tours take place rain or shine at 11am and are limited to 30 people per program. The tour experience includes walking several blocks on city streets with some uneven sidewalks. Walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire are advised.

The Hart Cluett Museum provides all walking tour participants with headsets, allowing each visitor to listen to to listen to the tour guide at their preferred volume. Please note that while you may use or bring your own earpieces/earbuds, single use earpieces will also be provided by the Hart Cluett Museum at time of tour.

Cancellation Policy as of April 1, 2023:
Refunds or exchanges for ticketed tours and programs must be requested no fewer than 5 days prior to the program date. A $4 processing fee will be charged for refunds. If HCM cancels a tour or program, a full refund will be issued.
