We are pleased to host this lecture that Jennifer will present about her dissertation.  She did a great deal of research using the RCHS archives.  This lecture is a prequel  to our exhibit on New Discoveries on Researching the Black Communities in Troy and Rensselaer County that will open for October Troy Night Out.
