Celebrating a Memory Maker

Michael A. Cocca, Jr., is a well of generosity to the community of Rensselaer County and beyond. On a daily basis he and the Franklin Plaza Hospitality Group play seminal roles in people’s most important lifetime events. A long-time supporter of RCHS’s mission, with a commitment to local history, historic preservation, the arts and education, he is a true urban pioneer. For these reasons and more, he is this year’s recipient of the Hart-Cluett Award.
