By completing this form, you hereby grant ownership without restriction to the Hart Cluett Museum, for the use of any and all materials submitted here. Use of the materials may include, but is not limited to, research, education, exhibitions, programs, marketing, reproductions, and promotional purposes. Your contact information will not be made public.
By these presents, I (we) do hereby give, donate, and convey to the Rensselaer County Historical Society (DBA Hart Cluett Museum/Historic Rensselaer County) all right, title, and interests (including copyright, trademark, and related interests) in, to and associated with property listed below. I (we) certify that I (we) have good and complete right, title, and interests (including all transferred copyright, trademark and related interests) to give, and the authority to transfer the property listed. This property shall be recorded as an unrestricted gift from me (us) to RCHS to be used, exhibited and/or disposed of at the discretion of RCHS, in accordance with the Collections Management Policy. I (we) waive all present and future rights in, to or over said property, its use, or disposition, for myself (us), my (our) heirs, my (our) assigns, and my (our) personal representatives.
